多個帶錐度的摩擦輪外部夾在兩摩擦環(huán)之間,內(nèi)部通過碟簧壓緊夾在壓環(huán)與主動輪之間,由于兩摩擦環(huán)固定不動,當(dāng)電機(jī)帶動主動輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時,摩擦輪通過主動輪和壓環(huán)的帶動,自轉(zhuǎn)的同時繞摩擦環(huán)作純滾動公轉(zhuǎn),從而通過摩擦輪的柄部及滑塊帶動支架旋轉(zhuǎn)。調(diào)速時,轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)速手輪(圖中未表示),改變調(diào)速凸輪的角向位置,通過兩凸輪型面使調(diào)速凸輪產(chǎn)生軸向位移,從而改變兩摩擦環(huán)之間的間隙,使所有摩擦輪同時產(chǎn)生徑向移動,進(jìn)而改變摩擦輪的公轉(zhuǎn)速度,達(dá)到無級調(diào)速的目的。摩擦輪外移,公轉(zhuǎn)速度減慢;摩擦輪內(nèi)移,公轉(zhuǎn)速度加快,最快轉(zhuǎn)速與最慢轉(zhuǎn)速之比為5。只要將調(diào)速手輪調(diào)到一定位置,摩擦輪就相應(yīng)均勻地處于某一位置,支架就能輸出對應(yīng)穩(wěn)定的轉(zhuǎn)速,該轉(zhuǎn)速可直接輸出(190~950r/min),也可通過齒輪、蝸輪蝸桿、擺線針等減速,輸出多種不同的轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩。
