泰星減速機(jī)股份有限公司原名江蘇省泰興減速機(jī)廠，始建于1984年，1999年改制為泰星減速機(jī)股份有限公司，公司占地面積30萬(wàn)平方米，固定資產(chǎn)3.8億元，員工2000多人，其中工程技術(shù)人員186人。
公司擁有國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的減速機(jī)加工核心技術(shù)及技術(shù)應(yīng)用整合能力，具有先進(jìn)可靠的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)條件和技術(shù)裝備，近年來(lái)，為了適應(yīng)大型減速機(jī)生產(chǎn)需要，公司又投入5000萬(wàn)元，購(gòu)置了3米磨齒機(jī)、3.2米滾齒機(jī)、3.15米立車、4×8米鏜銑加工中心、2.5×8米龍門銑，不斷適應(yīng)用戶對(duì)高端產(chǎn)品、大型產(chǎn)品、特殊產(chǎn)品的需求，以滿足廣大用戶對(duì)不同層次產(chǎn)品的需要。
