鄭州機械研究所位于河南省省會鄭州市，經(jīng)歷了50多年的發(fā)展歷程，從機械工業(yè)部直屬的一類綜合研究所轉(zhuǎn)制成了中央大型科技型企業(yè)，集科學(xué)研究、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、成果轉(zhuǎn)化、技術(shù)服務(wù)、人才培養(yǎng)、規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)、自主進出口經(jīng)營于一體，是河南省首批認定的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)和河南省科技創(chuàng)新試點企業(yè)。全所現(xiàn)有員工1000余人，其中享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家36人，研究員63人，高級工程師150余人。

 

    鄭州機械研究所是我國齒輪傳動、機械強度與振動、新型釬焊材料和化學(xué)標樣等行業(yè)的技術(shù)歸口單位，建有15個國家級和省部級科技創(chuàng)新平臺和行業(yè)服務(wù)平臺，承擔完成了許多國家重大工程、重大裝備的科研攻關(guān)任務(wù)，成功解決了三峽、葛洲壩、海洋工程等多項重大工程中的核心技術(shù)難題,研制填補國內(nèi)空白的首臺（套）新產(chǎn)品180余個，制修訂國家標準178項，獲得各種科技獎
