TY系列同軸式硬齒面齒輪減速器概述ZB J19009-88
概 述:
本產(chǎn)品按ZBJ19009-88標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。產(chǎn)品為輸入、出軸位于同一軸線的全漸開線外嚙合齒輪傳動結(jié)構(gòu)。主要傳動零件采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼材質(zhì)。齒輪經(jīng)滲碳淬火磨齒工藝制造,精度為GB10095-88.6級。產(chǎn)品具有體積小、承載能力高、壽命長、噪音低、效率高等優(yōu)點。
用途和適用范圍
產(chǎn)品可通用于冶金、礦山、運輸、能源、建材、輕化等行業(yè)的機械傳動。其適用范圍如下:
用于水平或前后傾角不大于20°位置安裝;
環(huán)境溫度為-40~45℃。低于0℃時啟動前應(yīng)予熱潤滑油至8℃以上。高于45℃時應(yīng)結(jié)合熱功率校核,采取相應(yīng)措施。
