廣東華金合金材料實(shí)業(yè)有限公司是廣東華南理工大學(xué)于1993年創(chuàng)辦。公司以華南理工大學(xué)為技術(shù)依托，與本公司的技術(shù)支撐單位——國家金屬材料近凈成形工程技術(shù)研究中心（一級(jí)國家工程技術(shù)研究中心）一道承擔(dān)和完成了多項(xiàng)國家、�。ú浚┘�(jí)重大科研項(xiàng)目，積極開展金屬新材料制備與成型先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作，曾獲國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、廣東專利獎(jiǎng)金獎(jiǎng)、廣東省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品獎(jiǎng)，廣東省促進(jìn)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展“火炬”二等獎(jiǎng)，廣州市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)等多項(xiàng)教育部、廣東省、廣州市級(jí)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
為加速公司發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，廣東粵海集團(tuán)公司于２０１１年成為公司的控股股東。
公司目前配套產(chǎn)品有
（1）合金鑄造產(chǎn)品：銅合金，鋅合金，KK銅，減速機(jī)蝸輪蝸桿，曳引機(jī)，爐牌；
（2）粉末冶金產(chǎn)品：傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)配件（ZMJ鋅基合金蝸輪、曳引輪）、汽車摩托車周邊產(chǎn)品（星輪、油泵轉(zhuǎn)子、法蘭）、辦公機(jī)器配件（齒輪、軸承軸套）及家電機(jī)械零部件等鐵基銅基粉末冶金；
（3）電子封裝絕緣材料。
公司依靠技術(shù)上的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，不斷推出新技術(shù)和新產(chǎn)品，在合金和粉末冶金以及絕緣材料方面存在著巨大的技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。公司按照ISO9001:2008國際質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)格控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，各產(chǎn)品均達(dá)到和超過國家先進(jìn)水平，部分可以取代進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。公司還參與了國家的大飛機(jī)研制計(jì)劃，部分產(chǎn)品達(dá)到軍工產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。產(chǎn)品已被多家知名企業(yè)采用替代進(jìn)口，受到行業(yè)用戶一致好評(píng)。目前公司產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于電子機(jī)械，汽車摩托車以及傳輸機(jī)構(gòu)中，爭(zhēng)取在３年內(nèi)達(dá)到國內(nèi)一流上市公司的條件。
