常州市武英減速機械有限公司（原常州市武英減速機械廠）始建于1984年，是定點生產(chǎn)擺線針輪減速機的專業(yè)化工廠，已有二十多年的生產(chǎn)歷史。主要生產(chǎn)X、B 兩大系列擺線針輪減速機，產(chǎn)品銷往全國各地，是國內有關糧食機械、食品機械、化工機械、建筑機械、煙草機械、輸送機械等單位的重點配套廠。
工廠占地面積20000余平方米，建筑面積12000平方米，固定資產(chǎn)1000萬元，年產(chǎn)減速機30000余臺套。工廠技術力量雄厚，設備精良，檢測手段完備,具有一整套的企業(yè)管理和技術管理體系。產(chǎn)品嚴格按照JB/T2982-94部標生產(chǎn)，并經(jīng)江蘇省標準局“貫徹國際標準”驗收合格。榮獲江蘇省“明星企業(yè)”稱號。1990年獲江蘇省技術監(jiān)督局“產(chǎn)品質量考核”合格證書，1994年起連續(xù)5年被市經(jīng)委評為“安全生產(chǎn)無事故”企業(yè)，1993年獲江蘇省技術監(jiān)督局“產(chǎn)品采用國際標準”驗收合格證，1995年被江蘇省教委評為“明星校辦企業(yè)”，1998年獲江蘇省計量局“計量保證確認書”，2002年通過IS9001國際質量管理體系認證。廠長朱鐵錚曾獲武進市、常州市、江蘇省“優(yōu)秀教育工作者、明星校辦企業(yè) 工廠產(chǎn)品質量經(jīng)國家機械工業(yè)部和省、市質量監(jiān)督檢驗達優(yōu)等品水平。因此工廠已列入中國煙草機械公司配套定點生產(chǎn)廠家，并是中國油脂學會會員。
