公司建立了國內(nèi)最先進的傳動設(shè)備加載實驗中心，功率達到3600KW。每類產(chǎn)品均經(jīng)過加載實驗，所有取樣儀表采用遠程控制，計算機采集數(shù)據(jù)并自動處理試驗結(jié)果，具有準(zhǔn)確、高效、科學(xué)等特點，達到國際先進水平。
產(chǎn)品進行模塊化優(yōu)化設(shè)計，具有極高的組合性、互換性。按5級精度設(shè)計，齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼滲碳淬火，磨削內(nèi)外齒直徑達到2300mm，對齒輪進行預(yù)修形，降低噪音，專業(yè)的熱處理和齒根處理工藝，保證強度，提高減速機的承載能力。
