產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行模塊化優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，具有極高的組合性、互換性。按5級(jí)精度設(shè)計(jì)，齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼滲碳淬火，磨削內(nèi)外齒直徑達(dá)到2300mm，對(duì)齒輪進(jìn)行預(yù)修形，降低噪音，專業(yè)的熱處理和齒根處理工藝，保證強(qiáng)度，提高減速機(jī)的承載能力。
