1．中國(guó)東莞市鉅順貿(mào)易有限公司于1997年成立傳動(dòng)部門，主要以經(jīng)營(yíng)傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域涉及電子制造設(shè)備，食品加工機(jī)械、塑料機(jī)械等；
2．于1999年生產(chǎn)銷售蝸輪減速機(jī)和加工傳動(dòng)零件。一直以生產(chǎn)最優(yōu)良的傳動(dòng)組件為努力的目標(biāo),從產(chǎn)品的研發(fā),制程的改良到設(shè)備的更新. ,公司不斷投入大量的人力資源,朝著目標(biāo)邁進(jìn),以回饋客戶的期待與肯定，為供應(yīng)工業(yè)的需求,特研究改良以最符合國(guó)際標(biāo)誰(shuí)的蝸輪減速機(jī).以良好的蝸輪材質(zhì)加上經(jīng)驗(yàn)強(qiáng)固的熱處理及精細(xì)研磨的蝸桿制成,故能保持最圓滑的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),效率高,體積小,重量輕,外型美觀,壽命長(zhǎng)且發(fā)聲極小不易逆轉(zhuǎn),相信能對(duì)貴公司,工廠做最大的貢獻(xiàn). 
3．2001年公司為為了滿足傳動(dòng)業(yè)對(duì)零配件的需求,在原有基礎(chǔ)上又新增了一批高精尖的專業(yè)制造機(jī)器:如滾齒機(jī),磨齒機(jī),數(shù)控車床,數(shù)控銑床,CNC立式加工中心,臥式加工中心,螺旋錐齒輪加工機(jī)床等,還配備了三維座標(biāo)測(cè)量?jī)x以及從美國(guó)M&M公司引進(jìn)的CNC齒輪檢測(cè)中心,在制造工具上我公司已達(dá)到了國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平. 
4、2002年成立自動(dòng)化部門，與日本TSK、臺(tái)灣PMI、AMT、CPC合作，開發(fā)中國(guó)滑軌、絲桿等高精度產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)，廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)機(jī)器人、半導(dǎo)體、醫(yī)療設(shè)備及各種機(jī)床等與日常生活密切相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品中；
5、2002年6月成立上海分公司——上海光鎂貿(mào)易有限公司，主要負(fù)責(zé)華東市場(chǎng)的開發(fā)與服務(wù)；
6、2004年1月成立生物科技部門，與臺(tái)灣COLONY合作開發(fā)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，造福人類健康；
7、2004年11月成立日本電子部門，與日本電子（JEOL）合作，為中國(guó)市場(chǎng)提供等離子體槍，電源控制箱及本體部品等高科技產(chǎn)品的銷售及服務(wù)，主要應(yīng)用于光學(xué)設(shè)備；
8、2006年與臺(tái)灣嵩陽(yáng)工業(yè)股份有限公司合作，主要銷售專業(yè)滾珠螺桿支撐座，為絲桿客戶提供更好更便捷的服務(wù)。
