比爾安達(dá)(上海) 潤滑材料有限公司是中國唯一擁有WS2系列固體潤滑技術(shù)的高科技企業(yè)，可為汽車行業(yè)，模具，醫(yī)療設(shè)備，食品機(jī)械，紡織業(yè)等各種機(jī)械活動(dòng)部件表面進(jìn)行WS2固體（干膜）潤滑處理。我公司的大型射頻磁控濺射真空WS2鍍膜機(jī)，可以大批量為汽車行業(yè)，軍事工業(yè)的客戶進(jìn)行WS2表面處理加工服務(wù)。作為美國芝加哥Micro Surface公司公司W(wǎng)S2技術(shù)在大中國地區(qū)的獨(dú)家代理，我公司將努力開拓中國市場。
公司成立以來，已向中國國家專利局提交了《采用物理氣相沉積法制備二硫化鎢固體潤滑膜的方法》等7項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利申請。我公司的物理氣相沉積中的射頻磁控濺射法制造WS2固體潤滑復(fù)合膜工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)工藝，填補(bǔ)了我國該領(lǐng)域的空白，該項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品綜合技術(shù)達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平。
目前我公司在美國芝加哥和上海寶山城市工業(yè)園區(qū)建有科研和生產(chǎn)基地，技術(shù)力量雄厚。公司擁有國際先進(jìn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備和嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)，使得產(chǎn)品從研制、原料采購、生產(chǎn)制作等一系列過程都處在嚴(yán)密的控制下，保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。公司主要對企業(yè)所提供的部件進(jìn)行WS2表面處理，可及時(shí)、有效地為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
公司在使用everlube涂料、鐵氟龍涂層方面，有三條國際先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)噴涂生產(chǎn)線，可以為全球的客戶提供全方位的表面處理服務(wù)。
同時(shí)，我公司負(fù)責(zé)在中國磁鐵行業(yè)獨(dú)家推廣和銷售美國Everlube公司1221等磁鐵專用涂層.我們也能為客戶的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行二硫化鉬（MOS2涂層），鐵氟龍，Everlube 620C/6102G/5396/1221/1201/1301，TiN（氮化鈦），DLC（類金剛石涂層）等各種涂層加工。
至公司成立以來，公司規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，先后成立了浙江平湖全資子公司，并獲得國家科技型中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新基金、上海市專利技術(shù)試點(diǎn)企業(yè)、上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)。
