--1979年6月
成立萬力可工業(yè)社，資本額捌拾萬。 設(shè)廠於臺(tái)北縣三重市大同北路148巷，廠房40平方米。
產(chǎn)品VR型
員工一人。 

--1980年5月
公司名稱更改為北譯精機(jī)有限公司。 廠址遷移至三重市大同南路143巷，廠房60平方米。
產(chǎn)品APH/APS型
員工三人。 

--1981年
遷移至三重市大同南路139巷，廠房120平方米。
員工五人。 

--1985年
增設(shè)三重市仁化街，廠房80平方米。 產(chǎn)品十字轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)電磁離合器制動(dòng)器。

遷移臺(tái)北縣新莊市化成路211巷，廠房1200平方米。
