本企業(yè)擁有雄厚的技術(shù)開發(fā)實(shí)力和完備的生產(chǎn)制造設(shè)備，有年產(chǎn)各類減速機(jī)8000臺的生產(chǎn)能力。 產(chǎn)品全部采用計(jì)算機(jī)CAD系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。現(xiàn)有各類機(jī)械加工設(shè)備140余臺，其中精密設(shè)備10臺，大型設(shè)備12臺。 各種精密測試儀器12臺，屬二級計(jì)量單位。 自行研制的傳動機(jī)械性能試驗(yàn)臺經(jīng)西北國家計(jì)量測試中心檢定，其技術(shù)水平屬國內(nèi)先進(jìn)，并榮獲科技進(jìn)步二等獎。嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量保證體系和完善的產(chǎn)品檢測手段，確保出廠產(chǎn)品滿足客戶要求。在國家及省、市質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)及行業(yè)組織的歷次質(zhì)量抽查中，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定合格。由國家外經(jīng)貿(mào)部首批公布的《出口機(jī)械產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證生產(chǎn)企業(yè)名錄》中，我廠是唯一出口擺線針輪減速機(jī)的企業(yè)。
