天津市第一蝸輪減速機(jī)廠，注冊資金22.00萬元，于1998年正式成立，公司位于天津市紅橋區(qū)三條石大街小馬路９號，擁有員工105人。本公司資金實(shí)力雄厚，生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營能力強(qiáng)大。 加上公司總裁劉洪鋼的英明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，目前已發(fā)展成為業(yè)內(nèi)一家較具實(shí)力的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)。我公司隸屬于天津市電梯公司，是機(jī)械工業(yè)部生產(chǎn)蝸輪減速器的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)，是國內(nèi)研究和生產(chǎn)圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿減速器的最早廠家。主要產(chǎn)品有：圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器、電梯曳引機(jī)、自動(dòng)扶梯驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)等，并承接各種非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)蝸桿減速機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)制造、軋壓機(jī)蝸輪副的配套加工 1、圓弧齒輪圓柱蝸桿系列減速器。我廠“雙牛牌”圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器按國際生產(chǎn)。它廣泛應(yīng)用各種傳動(dòng)機(jī)械中的減速機(jī)構(gòu)，主要特點(diǎn)是該蝸輪為凹凸嚙合，接觸強(qiáng)度高，摩擦系數(shù)小，傳動(dòng)效率高，其結(jié)構(gòu)與同容量的阿基米德蝸桿減速機(jī)相比結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，重量輕。減速器的種類：（1）本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)為單級，包括以下四種：1、WTH 通用型：2、WHX蝸桿在下型；3、WHS蝸桿在上型；4、WHC蝸桿在側(cè)型； （2）中心距80-500MM（3）傳動(dòng)比8-50。
2、BWL系列曳引機(jī)。該曳引機(jī)由蝸桿蝸輪傳動(dòng)，是客梯、貨梯及雜物的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。額定速度0.25-1.75M/S。額定載荷 200-300KN。
3、自動(dòng)扶梯驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)。該機(jī)采用蝸桿蝸輪傳動(dòng)，是自動(dòng)電扶梯的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，該機(jī)型號為FY222。提升高度5M，額定載員9000人/H，額定速度0.5M/S。
