工作原理/ Working principle：

洛氏硬度的試驗(yàn)原理：用金剛石圓錐體壓頭或一定直徑的鋼球壓頭，在初試驗(yàn)力F0和主試驗(yàn)力F1先后作用下，壓入試樣表面，保持一定時(shí)間，卸除主試驗(yàn)力，保留初試驗(yàn)力，此時(shí)的壓入深度為h1，在初試驗(yàn)力作用下的壓入深度為h0，它們之差e(h1—h0)來表示壓痕深度的永久增量。每壓入0.002mm為一個(gè)洛氏硬度單位。（圖1）

洛氏硬度的計(jì)算公式：HRA、C=100—(e/0.002)
