本機(jī)內(nèi)置數(shù)顯測(cè)微目鏡,壓痕可以通過測(cè)微目鏡直接測(cè)量,不用查表,也不用鍵入壓痕對(duì)角線長度,在液晶屏上直接能顯示硬度值和試驗(yàn)力、試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間、壓痕長度,讀數(shù)精確,操作方便。

目前本機(jī)圖像處理系統(tǒng)具備21級(jí)硬度值,可分別搭配本廠大部分布氏硬度機(jī).同時(shí)我們研發(fā)的專用軟件具備四種"壓球直徑"(1/2.5/5/10mm)可供選擇.硬度類型上HBS和HBW可隨心所欲的切換,在壓痕檢測(cè)上我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)出了"壓痕自動(dòng)檢測(cè)"功能,大大的讓使用者提高了工作效率和準(zhǔn)確度.并且可以方便的打印報(bào)表和圖像存儲(chǔ),成像清晰,也可以獨(dú)立的與計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸.是本公司繼推出全功能維氏硬度計(jì)之后的又一個(gè)最新科技成果.

適用范圍/ Scope of application：

適用于鑄鐵、鋼鐵、有色金屬、軟合金材料、黑色金屬和有色金屬的布氏硬度測(cè)定.主要用于組織不均勻的鍛鋼和鑄鐵的硬度測(cè)試，鍛鋼和灰鑄鐵的布氏硬度與拉伸試驗(yàn)有著較好的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。布氏硬度試驗(yàn)還可用于有色金屬和軟鋼，采用小直徑球壓頭可以測(cè)量小尺寸和較薄材料。布氏硬度計(jì)多用于原材料和半成品的檢測(cè)，由于壓痕較大，一般不用于成品檢測(cè)。

 

工作環(huán)境/ Work environment：

1、在室溫10~35℃的范圍內(nèi)；

2、在穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)上水平安裝；

3、在無震動(dòng)的環(huán)境中；

4、周圍無腐蝕性介質(zhì)；

5、室內(nèi)相對(duì)濕度不大于65%；

 

保養(yǎng)/Maintenance:
1.硬度計(jì)升降絲桿等活動(dòng)表面需定期添加薄質(zhì)油潤滑.
2.測(cè)試完畢應(yīng)關(guān)閉電源.
3.逆向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)旋輪使工作臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)離光源。在工作臺(tái)面涂層薄油,放上防銹紙,防止工作臺(tái)面生銹和油氣蒸發(fā)影響鏡頭及光源.
4.硬度計(jì)不使用時(shí)將測(cè)微目鏡鏡頭處用擦鏡紙包好,然后用防塵罩罩好儀器,以免灰塵進(jìn)入.在偶爾使用或封存的情況下,必須在光學(xué)部分放入干燥劑,防止光學(xué)鏡頭霉變.
5.硬度計(jì)有一段時(shí)間不用,重新開機(jī)后請(qǐng)過幾分鐘再使用,使內(nèi)部電器元件預(yù)熱,充分保證儀器的使用精度.
